Win-10 64 bit.

Go to your zombieHD folder, the ZombieDriverHD.exe for the game will be in "bin".

Right click the .exe, go to the compatibility tab, and check "Disable fullscreen optimizations"

in your C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\ZombieDriverHD\config\config.cfg
Now make sure you have Fulls Screen =Yes

You might get a short delay, or freeze for about 5 seconds (that is what happened to me)
but be patient, Alt-Tab if you need to toggle from desktop back to the game.

But this worked for me.

Seems as though it is a bug in Windows-10 for quite a while now with many games.
