they just announced more compensation. A legendary + another one from Thanksgiving event makes 2. Stamina will be a problem but will be using shards to buy it daily. Overall I will be staying and hoping the huge maintenance will be adding some interesting stuff.

To be honest I've mostly written off the existing season, though I think the announcement of the added compensation of the seasonal legendary has eased a lot of my misgivings over their decision to cancel the seasonal tournaments. When the game restarts, what I will be looking for is for some sign of advancement, and the introduction of new game elements for the start of the next season (or ideally before to try them out). Also, as the roster of my heroes increases, I am growing increasingly tired of having to level them back up after every seasonal reset. If they do nothing to fix this issue, then I'm not sure I will be playing for very much longer as I am sick of endlessly running goblin lair.

yes their idea of making us compete in how fast we level heroes and so on. I am in season 2 but I am guessing always farming goblin lair gets tiring. I usually work and alt tab the game so it does not bother me much ...yet.

Aye, I didn't mind it in the first few seasons, but I am now in the second iteration of S4, and the novelty of it has long since worn off. It is compounded by having to level a larger number of heroes to cope with their tinkering of the dungeon mechanics (you probably won't notice this too much until S3 and S4 kick in). I have tried a few of the other games in this genre, but I still prefer a lot of the features in Dragonheir, though I'm not sure if I can face running goblin lair for very much longer.

Yes, there is a one month maintenance. Though maintenance is probably the wrong term - they are transferring the game to the new publishers servers. Still, I must admit a month does seem quite a long time for this, though I don't pretend to really comprehend the complexity of the operation
