been trying to log into season 4 and it just won't let me.

[Character nickname/ID]:
[Device Model]:
[Network Operator]: (Example: Chunghwa Telecom / Far EasTone, etc...)
If you are installing the PC version of the game, please provide the following information.
[Game Log]:
(How to get the logs: Find the directory where the game is installed in the system files, click on it and there will be a logs folder)
[Game installation full path]:
(e.g.: Windows(C)/User/Admin/download)

For Android version, please provide the[Game log]:
(How to get the log: the log file under /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/.)

Please find the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log. Please pack all the log files and send them to the email address dragonheir.service@gmail.com. In the email, please mention your character nickname/character ID.

no I still havent't been able to. Please forgive me I am not sure but i think it is modom. and spectrun, nickname is CissieM I am not sure if this is what you want
my main problem is I am old and really don't know anything about computers.

yes I can get into game a play I just can't play season 4 I can play season 1 through season 3
I'm having a similar problem, I can log in to the Summerwatch II server, but I'm prompted for a download that just doesn't start. Last time this happened, I reinstalled the game and that worked, but this time it hasn't...

I should add, I play on both Steam and Android, works fine on android it's the steam version that's not getting past the download.

If you've linked your account to google or facebook and you can play on android, iphone or the non-steam PC platform. All those have updated fine, it's only the Steam version that hasn't worked from my experience
