You unzipped them wrong then. You have to unzip them directly into the mods folder. My guess is you unzipped and created an extra folder it unzipped into.

What pow is saying. You made double folders, common mistake. When u unzip them you get the modders folder & it usually says which update it is. Look inside that folder & u will see the real mod. Dom for instance. Will just say dom nothing more. It doesnt really matter where you unzip them, after u do open it up & look inside for the real mod, then drop that into the mods folder.

I had extracted into the file directly however i see a folder with stuff that looks important then just a random folder. Like chest. etc and then the mod is in resources. i don't know how else to extract than what windows has given me. I know you download unzip extract but it has not wokred once. what did was dragging the files then it stopped working

Im not quite understanding what you did. Lets start with the basics. Which mod are you trying to extract? What program are you using to extract with? Whats the folders name after you extract? What are you dragging & where? You dont move anything into the resource folder. Your suppose to be moving the extracted mod into the games mods folder.

Then when you go into your game at the char select screen you would choose custom mod over on the left side of the menu & the new mod should be listed there. You will need to make a new char to work with the mod.
