Because no one does that for a game as old as Path of Exile.

If you mean the new one, they're not paid unless they had "Sponsored." in the title.
Because it's literally against the law to not make it known you're being sponsored by a company.

Like, it's literally a federal crime if someone on Youtube doesn't properly make it obvious their review is paid advertisement via a Sponsored tag.

a lack of publicity, people think this is only an old game while not knowing it keep getting update.

Getting a free copy and/or exclusive access are forms of payment. Also youtube. reddit, etc. boost paid content off the books constantly.
If GD ever released early to "content creators" for the sake of advertising I would quickly walk away as I did with Factorio.

So, I don't think you're actually finding too much evidence anywhere that tons of people are being paid with free copies or what not.

Every game ever thats popular and most the community enjoys, is obviously only like that cuz of paid youtubers. Havnt you learned this yet :^)

Just let people think what they want of a game based off of false notions. Ill keep thinking a game is good If I like it, and if its popular and I dont like the game. I'll admit the game just isnt for me, but still is likely good. Letting small things like a youtuber getting a copy for free, stopping me from enjoying a game would make my life miserable.
I dont like paid skins in a paid game (this game has paid skins), but I still wanna play this game because its good as hell kek.

The battle going on with POE2 and D4 fans at the moment is funny. Both are good it's just one is more for hardcore and the other your casual. One game is no better than the other.
Thing is, secretly my favourite ARPG is Grim Dawn but I never bring that up because people start slagging you of.
For me Grim Dawn owns D4 and POE. For me personally it just does.

Having a giant skill tree where 90% of the passives are fluff does not make your game "hardcore" but don't tell the average PoE fanboy that.
