The game doesnt recognise that i have my controller connected. So i have to press u on my keyboard to shoot, but i can still move with the controller. Im probably doing something wrong lmao

Thanks for making early access free! Really having fun with this one. Controlling the juggernaut is so satisfying. I like that you lose control once you emerge. It makes you have to be more thoughtful about how you exit the ground. Although, I do agree with most comments that a run ending due to a fall sucks, especially if there is nothing to land on when it all gets destroyed. i have given up on the whole 'what qualifies as a roguelike' thing, that battle was lost years ago. but PLEASE stop putting things like 'Traditional Roguelike' on games that absolutely positively ARE NOT traditional roguelikes. so sick of trying to LOOK for a new traditional roguelike game to play and having to weed through 99 out of 100 games that ARENT....

I have played 5 runs now and have died only to falling off the map. Now you might argue this adds to the difficulty of the game or that i should just pay more attention (or git gud) but i think it would really be more enjoyable if you get punished but not insta die from that, also that would make use of bombs/volley more viable. I'd really like to see an option for keyboard keys controlling the Juggernaut to turn right/left in respect to its heading, instead of following a cardinal direction. As it is, when executing a 180-degree turn I may do so while turning in a direction that isn't safe, and I have virtually no way to correct it once I start (I'm aware I can turn 90-degrees first, for safety, but I don't play well that way as I lack fast reflexes).
