Frame drops/stuttering when playing (never happened before)

Ive always had ultra settings on my PC and I have not played in a month until recently when I started playing my game stutters every few seconds really irritating I turned off unlimited FPS still having the issue

If your Nvidia driver is newer than 566.03 then downgrade it

I had the same issue some time ago. For me it was the 4k texture pack (free dlc). After uninstalling it the stuttering was gone.
