Like various other "A ... full of cats" titles by DevCats, this is a game where you search for hidden cats in colourful, line-drawing scenes. That sounds simple, but herein lies the charm. Within those drawings are a wealth of art, humour and witty cultural references. It is not just click-on-cats as fast as you can. You will quickly realise the nuances, slow down and soak in the impeccable attention-to-detail. By the end of it, I was contemplating each little cat, looking at the expressions and what it is up to. It is so cute.

Along the way, you meet various members of the DevCats' team, solve puzzles and find little extras. There are multiple challenges in each level, making it accessible, but also rewarding. It took me about 5 hours to finish it; totally worth the money. And there's a reset, so you can play it again... I've already started a second run.

Story-wise, there are many areas, each with a theme and its own take on the sound track. Some areas are hidden and require an item or an unlock, but there was nothing too hard to make it impossible, and it was not too easy either to make it just a click-fest. Really nicely balanced. And, there's a hint-button too, just in case you need it!

The soundtrack was the same basic theme throughout, but it melds in style to match the era. That was clever. I'm not a big fan of music generally, but this was pleasant enough, if a little melancholic.

Overall, the game is relaxing, but still loads of fun, as you hunt out all the little "easter eggs". The only downside, for me personally, was that I am now left with a deep longing to adopt a cat which, sadly, is impossible for me in my life right now.

Following the other fantastic "A ... full of cats" titles in the series, I was amazed at how DevCats have excelled themselves and set such a new high standard. There are other "hidden cat" games out there, but DevCats are by far the best. Seriously, this is a masterpiece.
