What we already did, though, when the Magnet Problem got noticed the first time, was creating savefiles for you to download to solve this as a walk-around - You can find them here: https://www.daedalicsupport.com/en/games/deponia/savegames.html

If I see it correctly, you want to donwload savegame06 (or savegame05 if you want to jump in one step earlier).

I did not have had the bug hopefully. Happy to see the developers are still maintaining savegames to download from their support page from Daedelic. This may help...this game is challenging even without the bugs...

So Mr sassy Dev. Do you think that's any way to reply to your supporters? Regardless of whether a game was released a week ago or 20 years ago if you make an update that crashes your game or prevents users from actually playing (ie. no sound) that's the same as effectively stealing from people if not resolved. As someone who has supported when they were first released I'm disappointed with comments like this and the lack of hands-on support or acknowledgement.
Frankly in the buyer's shoes if you're refusing to fix it and there are clear bugs/optimisation issues and it's still available to buy do you think that's fair?

I am not sure why you would want to, but you are obviously trying to spin a really toxic narrative here of "us stealing from customers", when we provided steps to let you enjoy the game further (and reloading an older save file already solves it as well).

There is just no development team who could fix a 12 year old bug - which is why we prepared/researched/listed multiple other solutions.
