`Render Scale & `Post-Process is NOT saving on LOW + regular `Freezes-Stutters with fps 50+

LOCK 30 fps - NOT save from `game lagging...

PLEASE ADD `Vulkan` / OpenGL api or `dx11` support - these better and stable works than `dx12`

P.S. - Achievements unlocks ONLY after Exiting from game =(
