The only thing that work for me was to load previous area from load game.
Well they did say up coming weeks. Its been 5 days since game come out.
Sorry to hear that you got hard crash.
Chapter 1:
- You can sometimes repeatedly take the screwdriver out of the toolbox.
- The trolley that was moved to open the shaft with the screw driver became invisible after I returned to the room the second time. It could still be moved, though.
Chapter 2:
- Cutscene bug: Tintin is holding the torch, but the torch is not in his hand.
- I had some big issues in the chamber where the colored stones are placed into the statues. Before I could place the last stone, Tintin was always pushed back out of nothing, as if there was something in the way. It took a few attempts until I could reach the statue.
Chapter 5:
- When you walk into the author's room and look from there into the living room, the living room walls disappear and you see the jungle in the background.
- During the chase in the asylum, Tintin was once stuck running. He didn't move, but kept running. It was the only time I had to force-quit the game using the task manager.
Try running while jumping. I have manage to do that many many times so it is possible.
