With all these old Sega franchises coming back I think releasing a new All-Stars racing game would be a good idea. Or they could also just remaster or remake this game. I'd be happy with either one.

How to add player. I already linked two controller, but I can't play local mode.

An error occurred while launching this game : Game already running - 21396 I went into the install folder and opened Launcher.exe and configured the settings. However, I cannot start the game because it says the game is already running! What the hell!?...

i cant launch the game at all because "there's already an instance running" even though i just installed the game and have never launched it, ive tried renaming the SART folder but thats the most i know of

Tried deleting SART, changing to Windows 7 compatibility mode, lowering audio quality. Is the game just broken on RTX cards or has anyone else go it to work?
