How do I start a new game playthrough?

I deleted the save files but I cant play a new game and make it save.

Have you tried turning off cloud synchronization?

or try to find the savegame folder at your computer

Same problem here. Solved launching the game and returning to desktop without closing it, going to the game save folder (documents/my games/deadlight), deleting it or you can move in another folder. Then exit the game, restarting and play!
