Hello, this is a post about the black screen on game launch issue. This is a rare issue for only a small portion of players.

When booting up to a black screen, you can leave the game for up to 5 minutes before it finally decides to boot. Normally the next time it boots up it should be much quicker.

We know that this is inconvenient, and are actively looking for a way to help alleviate this problem.
