If you've played the demo please make sure to remove the demo save file before playing and play a new game, the demo save file is not fully compatible with the release build and may be unstable. The Save Files are located in Appdata -> Local -> Enotria -> Saved -> SaveGames

Did you figure this out? I'm having the same problem and i didnt even start on the Demo save. Did you start a new save and have everything work?

No, there is another way. After entering the Monastry of Maja bonfire, head right (left is progression in the area)where you find a ladder back to the Town Area, there head 3 floors down and open the door, which will lead you to new Area.

GameUserSettings.ini

If you can't see the folder go in Windows Control Panel, File Explorer Options, View, Hidden File and folders, Show.

Jeah maybe @Creatura u change it to "Windows/Users/YOUR ID/AppData/Local/Enotria/Saved..
