I was four hours into the game, and then the game crashed and I lost about an hour of progress. I was kinda sad about it, but an hour would be nothing since I basically memorised the puzzles, and I caught up pretty fast. (The majority of that hour was the door puzzle, so I just searched up a guide to save time.) I want my money back for this game and I also want to be able to give it a bad rating on the store page, but STEAM refuses to refund me and there's conveniently no option to review this game on my store page. Imagine that.

When will this game be updated? Tried all the fixes/suggestion i could see in the discussions but all i get is either a white frozen screen or just a frozen screen without the game starting up. Using Windows 10.
