Mastery (bonfire) screen excessively ramps up GPU
Not sure if this is a known issue and I don't remember it being an issue last time I played (January so it's been a hot minute)

My GPU is a RTX 4070 (desktop) and usually TR runs very, very cool. RTSS overlay says 35-40% usage pulling 38-45 watts of power. This is during gameplay as well as the main character select area.

However, the mastery screen starts drawing waaay more wattage. GPU usage isn't going up by much (maybe 45%) but wattage is 140-150W while zoomed in. TDP is around 190 so I find that odd. Zoomed all the way out and it's still 115-120W. Leave the screen back to character select and it returns to normal.

The only reason I noticed this was I heard the GPU fans spooling up and saw my temps in the 65C range, while normally its below 40 and the fans aren't even running. I am not overclocking in any way.

Anyway, it's not a big deal at all as it's only the one screen that this happens on but I thought I would point it out as the devs are active on here and I don't use the discord. Thanks!

maybe your frames are uncapped? though that shouldn't affect in-game though. i am just guessing.

capped to 120 but when i scroll on mastery it does seem to drop to 85ish. interestingly enough while scrolling GPU usage drops to 35% and about 70W of draw but shoots back up when you stop. vsync on or off, windowed or fullscreen.

for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles i changed the resolution to 1080p (usually 4K) and the draw is much less (19W), but mastery still seems to drive it up to 30-35.

seems the scaling on that screen is working the GPU harder or something?
