Additionally, you ruin all save games that contain DLC.
But it's not the last thing, then you update your Ubisoft Connect client and take away my ability to download my additional bonus content from the Deluxe version.

Worst of all, I can't even start the game, since I have 2 Assassin's Creed III entries on my Ubisoft account. A free version from years ago and the Deluxe version that I later bought. I installed the Deluxe version, but it conflicts with the normal version and each one tries to update each other.

I tried to do the right thing and get help through Ubisoft Support.

I didn't get any kind of help, you didn't give me back my Deluxe Bonus content. I requested that you remove the regular version of ACIII so that it would no longer conflict with the Deluxe version of the game, but you refused, stating that you do not have that attribution.

In short, I lost the ability to play and I lost my bonus content. I closed the support ticket with you as you were just wasting my time.

Because of that I decided to PIRATE the game, I downloaded a full version of the game with a crack that allows me to play the entire game with DLC included. In addition to having access to my Deluxe Bonus content again.

Ubisoft, your incompetence forced me to PIRATE a game I bought LEGALLY.

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
