So, I'm trying to get the 100% in all the cities done for the king washington dlc, only problem is the convoys in episode 2 doesnt seem to have any prisoners to free once you get rid of the guards, and I cant open the cages either.
Sometimes I can see the prisoners all bunched up outside the 2 cages all together on the ground but cant interact with any of it, and it kill me on the inside cause its the last thing I need to do to get 100%, now I've still not started episode 3 yet and I've read that same glitch appears there as well..
I've looked throught on the internet and only post I've found about this is some guy having the issue 2 years ago, all he did was leave? And return? I don't know what he means by that all I know is if I go too far (like 100m) the convoy despawns, and I've tried leaveing (but staying within 100m range) and returning only to find the cages still empty. So far I've seen 8 convoys (8 pairs cause they always come in 2) and none of them had any prisoners, and only 2 of those times I saw the prisoners close to the cages and the leave/return tactic didnt work here either?
So I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue and maybe managed to solve it somehow?
Also would be cool to play MP to get those achievements if anyone interested

Funny enough, once I've finished this post I've returned to the game only so I could start episode 3 (was still in boston) and guess what, a ♥♥♥♥ing convoy with prisoners actually appeared?
What sort of black sorcery is this!
But unfortinetly the Glitch still remains cause the very next convoy was empty

Alright I figured a way to get this done, first of you gotta be lucky to find a convoy thats not glitched, then all I did was rescue the prisoners, I went to another location where a convoy spawns (the empty one), I just left that convoy and went back to the "woking" convoy location. There seem to be fixed convoy loaction spawns.
I'm not sure if it really has to be done that way, but it worked for me.
