Broken save game

whenever i start episode 2, the game starts with choices i dint make, like saving carley.

I have the same problem. Tried to replay the end of 1st chapter, but Carley still dies.

I dont have the problem, the game is save normal, but what problem do yours?

i am playing this on the steam deck. i just completed episode 1 but when i go to start episode 2 it keeps telling me that it is unable to find a saved file for season 1. is anyone else having this problem and how can i fix it so that i can play season 2 based on all of my choices from season 1?
