Infinite Stuttering
I've just got the game and I'm getting pretty nasty stuttering whenever I am moving around. I'm still in chapter 1. I've tried changing settings but nothing seems to help. Playing in Borderless vs Exclusive Fullscreen doesn't help either. Frame gen is turned off. DLSS on or off doesn't help. I've got a beefy pc, so that shouldn't be the issue either. None of the other games in the franchise have ever given me this issue. I am playing it on a 4090 and a 13600k.

I can't find much about this issue online, so maybe it is a problem on my end. Anybody have any ideas? I have tried reinstalling the game on another SSD.

EDIT: I've just tried Gaiden and it is giving me the exact same issue now. It was very smooth when I did my playthrough!

You playing with 60fps or is it set higher? There are people on here who've reported issues with higher framerate settings.

I'm now 68 hours into the game. In the first 2 hours I played with 120fps and the game always crashed in cut scenes. After I limited the framerate to 60fps I never had a single crash, stuttering or any other technical issue since.
