Robotic club match: team NT (WTF)
how to win this is a serious mystery....previously i won with "AI" on...and it was (actually to surprise) possible to win till 50% this way....now all of a sudden the "fun"(??) is over
and i fight against team that tosses my robots like some toy bots....usually 90% they are also faster
and of course the blocks spawn near their base (talking about "fair" and stuff with not even a remote chance) they are even labeled with 5 stars "fightpower" ! (while i have 4 at max...)

"guides/walkthroughs" are a chaos..somebody say this...somebody that...and sometimes its not even clear what is meant (my game setting language is german)

for example somebody suggested to use a "fast" type (mx) for deus...well i can only use a certain type others are "locked" which i guess is "great" for NOT being able to win....anyway i tried dozens of various set ups .....nothing helped
somebody wrote to use "guns"...yea tried that too...perhaps it helped 1%......if at all

besides this its pretty fascinating how this was no "big deal" before.......

You need to ignore the enemies and focus on getting blocks. They can attack your bots all they want but if they don't get any block, they can't win.

well thats quite the line..... considering somebody "sticks" 99% the time on deus...... constantly attacked and destroyed by the aggressive enemy bots....and while i wait for "re-start" they catch further blocks...(and of course superfast) in the rare occurence i may drive to the corner or perhaps even catch a block spawn...well thats "very kind and merciful"......(not that it helps much in the end...)

.....whats the deal with the 4 stars? is it possible to upgrade to 5 stars (if so HOW?)
or is just super unfair "by default"...oh i get a "hint" or two its exactly like that.......
but hey i am soo curious about the *interesting* solution......

Not sure what kind of difficulty you play on, but the aggressive drilling robot can not one shot you. It will take 3-4 tries to completely drain your health. You can use the Gorilla hammer to one shot the enemy bot and force it to respawn so you have some breathing room.

the difficulty is set on "easy" (!) especially just for this game...
(a guide has recommended that...)
the only reason i bother with this to progress/finish the school stories
now considering the pretty strong difficulty shift somebody might think "grotesque"...well it IS! ....

oh is see: big input here on this "lively" forum....

Id just focus on speed in general and equip the bots with some sort of range weapon to deal with enemies. Biggest issue is some encounters have the enemy AI just gun towards you.

i came across another guide especially for this match:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Judgement/comments/q9njbm/lost_judgement_school_stories_robotics_club_how/?rdt=62323

now whats interesting i cant even equip all the stuff metioned here...the slots for "enhance melee attack" and others i dont have (idk why...did i overlook here something?)
so the closest thing is to at least have 80% (basics) of the setup...
well shortcut: it didnt help anything...some "wiped the floor"(!) according to comments
another one wrote that similar to me it didnt help and his game is "much harder" and after setting the difficulty to hard(!)
it was possible to win... well tried that too...but no way....
i give up...."thanks" sega.....

Have you done any of the regular skirmishes? I think some give blueprints, the biggest issue is that some parts can’t be bought.
jigoku 21 May @ 9:18am
not sure what regular skirmishes refers to.....the "overall basic info" is to go for speed and some sniper type weapons...this arent "news" and i tried that...yea perhaps i am 4% less "miserable" if i do that....i didnt count how many times i tried (quite a few) only one time was the weird occurene that i lost "at least"(!) narrow perhaps of the blocks spawned rather near me....99% they wipe the floor with me ...(i play it with "AI" switched on...though i repeat myself)

I think they are practice battles if I remember.

Tbh I completed the whole club with low level bots (3 Star Team), I made two have a ranged weapon and set them to attack enemy bots, then focused on the bot I controlled to be fast to make a line directly to the enemy base.
