Bug-Inmate Stuck In Drip Room

Its me again LOL . I started another playthrough. The first one went fine. This time I had to stop on this playthrough, and start a new save, because no matter how many times I reload and replay the same day, the last drip inmate is getting stuck in the drip room. They end up in the placement in the image, and never move from there no matter what. I reload, replay, same thing happens at the end of the day with the last drip inmate. Don't upgrade the drips....

Unlike the pills, with the drips they'll keep asking for the other weaker ones, so you have 4 possible "wants" and only 3 storage spaces... bad design.
