Yep. Capcom will sue you for not adhering to their pc build and windows application guidelines, and you won't be able to use a PC for gaming for twenty years, with an additional 5 years every time you waste another PC gamers time with your half assed build.

With that said, why did you not refund the game after 100 minutes (five to ten crashes)?

Game companies could, indeed, be sued... IF gamers stood together and brought class actions against them. If big pharma is now being sued all over the world, so can games companies -- simple as.
