Slow motion double execution?
Sometimes I see people enter slow motion and doing a double kill with pistol and knife. What's that?

That's an adrenaline that you can obtain by killing people and getting Blood Thirsty ability. After your screen turns red, you can use a combo of block + attack to execute a lethal hit. With Blood Thirsty II you can perform double strike, even killing up to 4 - 5+ people per one combo.
