Finally got it on a black friday sale. Great game! Level designs are fantastic. Shame people are thumbing down cause of a Boss. It isn't justified imo. 10/10

The control of this game is fantastic, however the level design (especially in the later stages) and especially the boss design across the board leaves much to be desired. Maybe if it was the same price as Sonic Mania I would be okay with its under performance but it costing 94.95 AUD or 112.95 for the digital deluxe is outrageous!

I really want to like this game but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Superstars bosses are absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Good 2D Sonic bosses are almost always vulnerable, and if you know the pattern or at good with the game’s physics you can get multiple hits on them in quick succession

Superstars bosses all make you dodge around and wait for their weak spot to appear to get a single hit in, and the times where you need to dodge get long (♥♥♥♥ the first Fang fight, autoscrollers suck too)

Biggest complaint apart from the bosses is "Press Factory, Act 2" - Never before have I seen a sonic game with such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ level design and mechanics.
