Our Community Code of Conduct is below; we ask that everyone in our spaces abide by these to help us maintain a respectful and civil environment.

1. The Ara: History Untold community is a place where people from all backgrounds and walks of life are welcome. Bigotry of any kind (racism, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, etc.) is not tolerated in our spaces.
   
2. Please communicate respectfully with your fellow players, and with Xbox and Oxide staff. Keep an open, positive and collaborative attitude, especially when providing feedback. Name-calling, spamming, self-/promotions and/or aggressive or inflammatory comments are not permitted.
   
3. We invite you to discuss history in our spaces - however, please be mindful that historical “fact” is often subjective and often draws from people’s deeply held convictions. We expect all players to be appropriate and intentional when discussing the worst aspects of world history: fascism, slavery, genocide, etc. Certain national and cultural symbols pertaining to historic and/or contemporary movements of hate (American Confederate flags, Japanese Rising Sun flags, certain Nordic runes, etc.) are banned regardless of intent in our spaces. Please also be respectful and constructive if you correct or fact-check someone; we don’t have all the answers, and we don’t expect others to either.
   
4. Do not ask others to share personal information (name, location, external contact information) and do not post personal information about yourself or others, including Xbox and Oxide Games staff.
