Your FPS is higher than 60, which broke the physics of the game, causing you to crash after air-assassination.

To fix it, you must limit your FPS to 60, after this mission is completed, you can change the FPS back.

You can limit the FPS via the in-game menu, or via your graphics card control panel.

So the easiest way is just to use the in-game settings to limit FPS for that section only:

You mentioned not seeing this option? I know if you're playing on a laptop, sometimes this FPS option is not available, I have no idea why as I know very little computer hardware&software stuff. You could maybe try the second method below:

2nd method: For NVIDIA cards, I have no idea about AMD cards sorry, but they should be similar:
1. Right click on the desktop, then select NVIDIA control panel:

2. Click on "manage 3D settings":

3. Select "program settings", then in the dropdown menu, find AC revelations, make sure to select the "SP" one:

4. Find the "max frame rate" setting, change it to "on", and the max FPS to "60" or below:

5. You should also turn VSync on:

If neither of these options works, you could maybe try playing on a desktop instead (manually copy your savefile to the desktop) or seek help from someone with more expertise or maybe the Ubi support.
