Has this game ever worked for anyone on Steam?
I remember getting this many years ago and was never able to get it working. Has it ever been patched or hacked into actually running?

Same thing to me. Game destined never to be played neither on Steam Play

Hope nobody minds me bumping it - the issue appears to be processor count. If your machine has over 7 logical processors/cores then the game fails to start.

I have written a patch to fix this:

With this installed tonight, I've started playing this game for the first time ever!
