My game keeps studdering :(((

I've already beaten the game, but during the whole time, the game would stall for 12ish seconds between the character's speech bubbles. This also happened in the main menu when loading up the character select screen and the difficulty. I just got a new PC with a Ryzen 9 and an RTX 4070, so I doubt that my rig is being bottlenecked. Is there something in the settings I'm missing? Thanks. Great fun game btw!!!...

Yes, if there no player have much of curious and weird style to play the game, then never found some issue in game.
