Game crashing on Windows

Hi devs!
i have been playing AF4 since last year with 218 hrs on steam, but i used to play on my macbook air but recently when i downloaded the game in my windows laptop (gaming- Asus TUF F15) the game crashes on loading any scenario, the game launches and opens but when i load a scenario it goes to loading screen stays there for a while and then quits to the steam screen.
can you guys please help me with this issue ? I bought the game in steam when i was using a mac

same issue happening to me. i cant load in any airports in the USA even 85 percent of Europe crashes. i have aerofs4 and i run it on asus tuf f15 with windows 11
