This game might have been impressive in 1990, but not now. The graphics are primitive, and that would be fine if the game play brought something to compensate, but it doesn't. The tutorial tells me what to do next, but it's up to me to figure out how to do it. Game play felt dated and primitive and there was nothing to indicate it was going to get any better. Refunded.

while the game is interesting it has two issues first needs porters or a way to move goods about in a controled way 200 laborer and production waits for materials from source, second it bog down or stops around year 12 about 1 hour of playing

I think its a pretty cool game. I think they should add a little rts element like in manor lords but thats just me. It would really make it even more fun to command units during raids instead of the current system. But still its a good game. Thats about as much i can say.

This is a chill game. I like it cause I'm Norwegian. There is no combat and the only problem is your pop grows too fast and you run out of room and trees on a small map. There is no story or lore, so I only recommend if you like a chill game for the atmosphere. Its maybe 6.5. It's not supported anymore as far as I can tell.

I honestly fell in love, i've always loved survival city builders like this. this game has alot of potential still even though it does appear this game will no longer be in progress (this has never been confirmed although there is alot of speculation). so there is alot of repetitiveness but the gameplay itself is still established and playable it can just eventually get boring once youve seen the same thing pop up over and over again. Theres alot of hate about the graphics? but i personally think its beautiful! and means alot of people even with people who dont have very expensive PC parts are capable of enjoying a smooth gaming experience, which alot of developers are deliberately trying to do with theyre games aswell. I dont know if this is what these guys did but if they did its still looks great! Either way there are games that are very similar to this but i enjoyed playing a viking and medieval one. And i hope they pop up to say theyre back eventually and if not im still going to remember this game as something i really enjoyed.

So this is a Yes and no situation, i wish i could do like a middle ground review.
Im saying no because there's one thing that now in days should be a staple of city builders that has been apart of this genre of game for a while now.

Main one being upgrading a home. I shouldn't have to demolish and possibly re-plan out my layout because the Good homes are longer than the poor homes.
I understand there's a LOT of possible customization with buildings and that's great, i love getting things from the workshop and seeing others creations, but there should be a base option of upgrading.

This game feels incomplete, almost Early Access and if you really want it, get it on sale.
It does have some neat things like the gods being involved, you can make em mad or try to appease them along with raids and such. But overall is just lacking.
I don't think they will but i would LOVE to see this game get bigger updates.
It has potential.
