Hello everyone! To make bug reports as streamlined as possible here is a little guide on what to do (in order) if you encounter a bug!

1. CHECK THE STEAM FORUMS FOR AN EXISTING FIX, but for real, 99% of bugs you encounter someone else encountered them already and most likely there is a thread somewhere with a fix.

2. Verify the integrity of your game files. This helps for crashes. Sometimes Steam messes up on patching/installing for various reasons. A verify and reinstall could fix the issue

3. Update your drivers.

• NVIDIA App to update NVIDIA drivers.[www.nvidia.com]
  
• For AMD, download the AMD driver tool.[www.amd.com]

4. If nothing above worked.

Please visit this forum and write your bug report there!

• Make your title clearly state what the issue is. Don't use titles like "fix pls". Pls! :)
  
• Type up a description of the issue in as much detail as possible.
  
• If needed use screenshots and videos to show the issue to us. Use a service like imgur or Google Drive to upload your images/videos.
  
• It is very important that you include a log file, save file, build number and DXDiag file to the report. Log file and Save file are text files, and you can upload them to Pastebin, or any similar service. Having your log and save files helps us isolate the issue.

  • Additionally, the build no. can be found in the Main Menu; bottom right corner.
    
  • To get your DXDiag, press the Windows Key, Type "dxdiag" and press enter. The Windows program will start and gather the details, once finished Click “Save All Information".
