For some reason my rmb just stopped working with the axe. What's going on?

What is this one about? I cannot seem to find it. Thanks in advance.

Anyone else notice that as soon as you step foot outside the starting area, The Day of Night soundtrack from Silent Hill 2 starts to play?

First of all, congratulations for the game, I had a great time with it! I have a bug to report though: you can't crouch with left ctrl as stated in the controls menu, you have to press C instead, but if you do, you can't stand up any more, you have to re-load the game to fix the issue....

I ran past the enemies and got into the safehouse but when I left they killed me while the animation was playing, I respawned at the orphanage but the enemies I had killed respawned but I lost all my ammo. Also I can't swing with the axe, I can equip and unequip it but after Burnt I can't attack with it anymore....
