For accelerated learning after memorizing basic move-set, copy a veterans combos and approach to matches from some of their posted content to get an idea of what flows together. I believe ninjakilla starts most of his video showcasing some nasty combos so maybe reference him. Big combos aren't necessary to achieve a win online in the slightest, most people go online as a one-trick pony, figure out their flow then learn and adapt from it and you'll win, or they'll lag switch out. Don't skip players with large win/loss unless you just can't keep up, that's where you'll get the most experience, if you face lower tier players non-stop you'll become complacent with facing the same strategy. When you're able to beat the cpu on max difficulty you'll be better than about 78% of the player-base! There's more to it than just what's mentioned here but you'll learn those things as you put more time into perfecting your gameplay.
