cant call train

(on playtime factory) i put all 6 parts in, pulled down the pipe and then called the train to one side, it didnt turn up. then i went to the other side and called it and then it didnt turn up (when i called it, the call button was literally lit up and everything and the timer ticked down and it all seemed normal) the actual train icon was in the sky. i went back and forth and called it to each side like 5 times and the train wouldnt come. what is this game?? i literally physically couldnt escape and neither could anyone else. eventually, the train came when i called the left side of one of the stations (yk how theres 2 call train buttons on one of the stations) but then, when the train arrived, i couldnt get in! the train just had no collision and it would teleport me to the centre of the platform as if nothing was there and i was jumping off the platform. is this a known bug where you just physically cannot win??? i still got all my tickets for 18 puzzles completed but still..

Ahhh I hate it when this thing happens aha. Try calling the train button on the left only, not the right button. Usually the right buttons never work, so that leads to the train not arriving. If you're at the train station near the upper bron area, the button is with the Mll cutout! If you're at the other train station, try calling the one near the open puzzle pillar.

I've never experienced not being able to get on the train though when it arrives, or teleporting into a random area trying to get on the train, so I don't know how to try to fix that :(.

thank you! this happened again yesterday, along with the thing where the train arrived but with no collision so i couldnt board it, but calling it again and again and again it eventually came and i could board it. seems like its just a weird bug and you just gotta only call the train from the left sides

You're welcome ;3! I'm glad you were able to get aboard on the train that time. I'm really hoping they fix this bug soon though....

yeah they updated it and now it doesnt spawn naturally, it must be called

the call train buttons at the stations they glow yellow, they have always been in the game to call it from station to station but now its mandatory from the moment the pipe is pulled down
