What to do when the Mind Palace does't show anything? No questions, no prompts, no nothing!

I'm in chapter 3 - I have collected the sedative, the syringe and the metal tubes. Guides online says I have to go to the Mind Palace to use these items to answer a question, but no question or anything else is showed in the Mind Palace?

Have anyone else experianced this and how did you fix it?


Edit: reloading the game didn't fix the issue but starting the chapter over did!
