If you honestly think things were better when one person could dominate a lobby you're either delusional, or the worst type of person to play games with.
Just say you can't handle people who play like you.

If you HAVE to win every game, you shouldn't play pvp games. Yes it's nice to want to do good, and feel accomplished, but it's a video game first and foremost.
This mentality that is shown in these discussions speaks volumes, everyone has to be better than someone else, or that person is cheating. And the NEED to be right you all show is astonishing, the game is not rigged, you just can't stand the fact that you don't face the same 12 year olds you can stomp every game.

It's kind of sad that we have to coddle this generation into thinking that everyone is equal to protect their feelings and ensure that the little ones don't get crushed in Call of Duty like We did when We first started playing the original Call of Duty games. They might become stronger-minded or learn how to handle failure and not runaway.

So anyone who's good at video games should be punished for it? You think that if anyone is too good at the game they should have their experience ruined?

They paid the same $70 as everyone else, its completely unreasonable that anyone who is too good gets put in "tryhard" lobbies where the only people they can play with are across the country, while the server is being hosted on an old laptop in mexico. Meanwhile anyone who stays under the "allowed skill ceiling" gets to stay on the good servers in their regions, and doesn't have to deal with 24/7 packetburst and high latency.

Dude, it's simple. They already had it in the old Call of Duty games; it was called choice, or in the old games, they referred to it as ranked play. However, they incorporated what was ranked play into core mode and turned ranked play into something entirely different
