They released the game on pc but it's not available on steam or gog. What's their problem? Do they really think people will go out of their way to use the windows store now? What about steam deck users? Or the people who purchased all the other ones on GOG? They chose to alienate the people who previously purchased their games on pc over a steam release? Why?...

Or can I just ignore them and just deal with my quest stuff in the notifications and bookmarks tabs?

It was obvious. No mainline anymore, dozens bad spin-offs and now the mask has fallen. Censorship of speech and censorship of anything ecchi. Pack it up boys, it is over. This will never be a cute and funny franchise again, even if they somehow only publish on PC and Switch. Something changed behind closed doors and lets not start talking about the current culture. Just stop supporting this franchise and let it die. Im sick of this ♥♥♥♥, too. But we will forever have the remakes and VII....

Another neptunia spin off game? or main story?

Never would buy it for a Sony console, Switch version doesn't interest me either. I assume it will get a PC version eventually, but how long do you think it will take?
