Just bought this game to play on Deck. It works great on the small screen, and it's exactly the kind of addictive loop you want on a portable. And pulls almost no battery power. The 3 action buttons needed are easy to map, so within a level, it's perfect.
But damn, having to go to emulated mouse control for all the menus really kills the flow. Even a hotkey just for the Embark button (or double-click destination) would go a long way, so we don't have to click the destination then dog paddle the pointer to the bottom of the screen before every level.
kithros, fwiw, I created a controller layout for Steam Deck that helps a lot: https://gtm.you1.cn/app/1928370/discussions/0/5143704785437667712/
