Point of No Return Achievement not unlocking

Howdy! I am having an issue with this achievement not unlocking on Steam, I checked the statistics and 38.1% of the people that played the game have unlocked it. I have finished reading the visual novel. Is it bugged or a kickstarter only achievement? Thank you for clarifying this for me in advance.

Edit: Seems the achievement unlocked itself after two hours passed of me playing.

Tha'ts neat. IIRC going above 2 hours means you can't refund a game on Steam.

Not sure, I read a lot of vns and usually I set them to instant text and read very fast. Depends on the person (being excited to finally read another Alice in Dissonance vn made me read this even faster than usual, 1h 40 minutes I was glued to the screen).
