After around 8 matches and I've played 1 mission where we got 10 player coop. Otherwise I've only had escort quests.

no its not stop being a drama queen idiot. This game runs really smooth, an is actually fun.

Can't believe I've wasted my time downloading and going through the tutorial for this.
Shame.

are you saying that the PVE mode is just grouped up with the PVP mode in match-making?

Yup. I love it personally, but I can see how that's a bummer for a lot of people, hopefully they add PVE only on release

There's supposed to be a full PVE mode in full release, and an endless wave mode of sorts.

In the announcement of the video of this new beta test, they said they were 'including additional story-related missions (I assume the first tutorial at the start), 10-player co-op missions (Just the same one, not multiple), and other adjustments based on everyone's feedback.'
It seems like they just added the story tutorial mission but not much else has changed. I was hoping they were going to show us more of the PvE repeatable co-op missions before launched and I was really excited to be able to test it.
Kinda soured the whole mood of the game.

you do also get story cutscenes every few matches

i know the exoprimal beta may not have the gamemodes we want, but at least the games functions the way it should

Redfall is mediocre and from what I've heard it was a buggy unplayable mess at launch but I had no issues playing it on game pass few days ago. Depends on your rig I guess.

Mediocre is an overstatement for something so lazy and sloppy, that's ignoring the bugs and assuming you can play without crashing like I did.
