After I grab all my equipment and put batteries in it I cannot continue on and leave the house at the beginning and it’s stressing

I have tried everything to try to get a photo of Private Connor in the garage at Evergreen. I have all the audio, EMF, and temp readings but I just can't get a photo. I've heard multiple things where if you hear footsteps, he will appear. If you hear the choking sounds, he will appear. But NOTHING. I have spent a good 5 hours in this garage (off and on). Please HELP!!! Any tips will help......

How do I get him to show up? I've been trying to for the last 3 days. I got the autocam, while investigating the Poltergiest and he still won't show up. Is there a special condition I'm missing? Hey, so I know that the developer doesn't work on this game anymore (or at least not a lot) but I still want to exchange thoughts on the demon attacks. This might sound silly but I found myself playing less and less and eventually stop playing since the demon attacks came into the game. I was thinking that maybe people should be able to make them optional in the settings, just like the jump scares. I really like this game and it makes me sad, that the attacks bother me that much. :') Maybe the developer...
