I got the Serial Dater achievement legitimately.

TL;DR The achievement consists of loading a game 20+ times. However, it cannot be obtained without mods/hacks as there is an if condition in the code that makes it unobtainable. If you still want to get the achievement legally, you will have to modify the BSW.dll with dnSpy to fix the bug and thus be able to get the achievement.
