Felix here, Game Director and founder of Screen Juice, formerly the solo developer of Morbid Metal. I hope you're all doing great!

I'm thrilled to announce that our Steam page for Morbid Metal has just been updated with some brand-new images and an exciting new trailer. This update comes just in time for the Games Made in Germany Steam Event 2024, and yes, Morbid Metal is part of it!



We've been working tirelessly to bring you an intense, action-packed experience, and these updates will give you a fresh look at what we've been cooking up. The new trailer is something I'm particularly excited about – it captures the heart-pounding, metallic mayhem that Morbid Metal is all about.

Also, stay tuned for 14 brand-new minutes of gameplay coming your way in the next few days! It'll be streamed on the Games Germany Sale stream, as well as right here on Morbid Metal's Steam page.

Thank you all for your continued support and enthusiasm. It means the world to me and the entire team at Screen Juice. Since it's been a while since we last showed new footage, we'd really love to know what you think about all the hard work we've put into the project over the past year!

It's Felix again. Hi! I'm the Game Director and (former) single dev of Morbid Metal. And I know, I know... another year has passed and still no news about Morbid Metal.

It's true that it's been quite a while since we showed bits and pieces. But that's for a good reason: we are pretty busy working on bringing our vision to life and to your screens, offering the best possible experience.

And we will show you more of it in the future (pinky promise!). So stay tuned, and please whishlist and follow Morbid Metal here on Steam since this would really help us a lot ❤️ And keep checking the Steam page every now and then, there will be more to discover soon.

Felix here, and I'm absolutely raring to share some fantastic news with you all!

First of all, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your constant support and unyielding passion towards Morbid Metal. It's been a while since my last update, but I assure you, this radio silence is for good reason! Get ready, because I have some news that will take Morbid Metal to unprecedented heights!

I am proud to announce that I have recently founded SCREEN JUICE, an indie studio focused on making my dream project, Morbid Metal, even larger and better than ever before! Over the past year, I've been working diligently in the shadows to build a talented team that is as passionate about this game as I am. Our team may be small, but it's packed with amazing individuals who are focused on bringing you the best possible experience.


It means that I now have the funding, the resources, and the crew to expand the scope of the project beyond what I initially envisioned. The development process is no longer that of a lone wolf, but of a collective force of creative minds that want to exceed even your wildest expectations!

I know the silence might have been disconcerting, but trust me, it was all to ensure a smoother and more focused development process. I wanted to be absolutely certain of this major step before making any announcements. Together with my team at SCREEN JUICE I am now hard at work and we are refining every aspect of Morbid Metal, breathing new life into its world, systems and characters!

It's time to break the habit of being tight-lipped and reignite the communication that you deserve. Prepare yourselves for more in-depth looks at the story, characters, and gameplay systems that make up the world of Morbid Metal!
