Is there any hope for a Non-VR version so that us non-VR-Headset-Owners who don't have the money to buy a VR-Headset can play?

I prefer VR games, but it's also cool that Alien Isolation 2 is already in the works Links don't work....check e.g. FB Alien Isolation

This dev has been making VR games and experiences since 2014, and has titles like Raw Data, Electronauts, and Westworld Awakening under their belt. Has me feeling optimistic this game might greatly exceed expectations. We have a veteran VR dev with a lot of experience, a great IP, and numerous successful VR games in their past (and some duds, to be fair... like TWD: Onslaught). Seems like this could easily get 80% positive reviews on Steam if the dev does their best work here. Maybe even better. Some...
