Bestiary #88 is Orb, found in a certain room in front of Lilith's Castle (see guide for EXP grinding spots).
Armor #11 is Wire Mesh and Weapon #36 is Hermit's Wisdom, remember that there is a slime selling things in Sorrowmurk.

checked out slime Pangaea but he does not sell the Hermit;s wisdom only has permafrost plate athena's guard hexxer tunic and mortis cloak

As long as the items etc are not mentioned extra in the guide, they can be bought.
Keywords are shop, restock, upgrade...
As far as I remember the mobs only drop stat increasing items or rare boosts like the Orbs.
When you have no luck with all the shops (the other slime has a shop in the tower and the other succubus has a shop in front of Lilith's castle) best check the bestiary for the drops.
