After you return to the orphanage on the second level if you go to the floor above Medical the room is incomplete and you can see through the map. 3. Not sure what caused this but after burning down the orphanage and returning to your van when the loading screen finishes there's only a black screen, the only sounds that can be heard is the toy train, tried restarting the level by hit...

Dear developer, please add new weapons for completing levels at S rank. For example, an axe, a pickaxe, a shovel, a portable pacemaker (or a shocker), a chainsaw, syringes with poison or some kind of black magic (for example, telekinesis as in Carrie)...
