Select a Map, Add a Camera, Move the Camera to a Suitable Position, Add a Model and Create a Pose.

After that's all done, to take an picture as you wish, file - export - poster - format: png - select those 3 dots to choose the place where you want to save it to and export!

Also it's your render, but i would recommend you try using lights

you can folow the oficials tutorial by valve too
