This game really helps with the nostalgia of the after school computer games that I use to play. I would definitely recommend this game to any one who has played any of the older flash games as a kid.

Crush the Castle Legacy Collection is a bit difficult to review. There are five Flash games in total, three from the main series and two player packs. I enjoyed most of them, but some features (SFX and level editor) are missing from the original. In addition, the number of bugs I had found ruined my experience.

Here are my thoughts for each game:
Crush the Castle is the first game in the series. It is simple and fun, but slow.

Crush the Castle Player Pack introduces medals for each level. Some are easy to obtain, while others are a bit difficult. There are a few buggy levels.

Crush the Castle 2 adds more weapon types and achievements. It runs very fast, and you can finish certain levels quickly.

Crush the Castle 2 Player Pack introduces Undead Mode, a survival mini-game where you must survive waves of zombies. It is the only game with this in the series, and never used in the other games. Achievements are easily obtainable and they show your progress (unlike the previous one).

Crush the Castle Adventures is slow, unfair, and annoying. You can see the trajectory of your projectiles (it is a nice feature). There are more weapons, but you are only limited to those that you have in specific levels. I'm not a fan with the vague objectives and throwing your weapon does not feel good at all. Other than that, it is the only game in the series that uses a cartoonish art style.
